Smoothie Meal Prep with Banana, Kiwi and Spinach

Ingredients for 1 serving

1 kiwi, cubed1 small banana, sliced1 cup spinach (200 g)1 cup milk, of choice (120 mL)1 cup plain greek yogurt (140 g)

Preparation :

1- Put fruit in a freezerfor up to 2 days.

2- Now, put spinach with milk into the blender.

3- After the spinach is fully incorporated into the milk, add yogurt and fruit and mix until consistency is smooth.
